In addition to prosecuting hundreds of justice of the peace, misdemeanor and felony cases, Nicole is most notably known for her experience and expertise in the field of white-collar crime and civil litigation. She was the first-white collar crime prosecutor in the history of Montgomery County, and went on to serve as the chief of the white-collar crime and civil division for five years. Under her direction and leadership and with her expertise, the division prosecuted cases that were complex and paper intensive, and that required specialized knowledge.
