Nicole is is an experienced trial attorney and civil litigator who has been a practicing attorney for 12 years.
Nicole started her legal career at Tate, Moerer and King, LLC. a boutique civil and business litigation firm in Fort Bend County that bridged the gap between big firm expertise and local know how. While a civil litigator, Nicole worked on complex business litigation matters including being the lead associate on stock fraud cases with complex jurisdictional issues for their client the late legal legend and Houston's very own John O’Quinn.
After 3 years of practicing civil litigation, Nicole was eager to put her Baylor Law School National Mock Trial Team advocacy skills into action. She returned to her Montgomery County roots where she started her career as a trial attorney at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. With almost a decade of experience as a prosecutor Nicole rose to the top of the District Attorney’s Office. In addition, to prosecuting hundreds of Justice of the Peace, Misdemeanor and Felony criminal cases Nicole is most notably known for her experience and expertise in the field of white collar crime and civil litigation. Additionally, Nicole has unique experience in the areas of law of bond forfeiture and asset forfeiture as she served as Chief of both of those divisions while at the Montgomery County District Attorney's office.
